1. Appointments and Cancellations
– Booking: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
– Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
– Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients, but you will still be charged the full amount.

2. Payments
– Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
– Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
– Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for high-demand services or packages. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if you reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

3. Health and Safety
– Client Health: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health issues that may affect their treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which 21st Century Beauty Spa is not liable.
– Sanitation: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices. If you have any concerns about cleanliness, please inform a staff member immediately.
– COVID-19 Protocols: We follow all local health guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Clients may be required to wear masks and follow other safety protocols during their visit.

4. Personal Belongings
– Valuables: Please keep your personal belongings secure. 21st Century Beauty Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

5. Conduct
– Behaviour: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
– Dress Code: Please wear appropriate attire for your treatments.

6. Liability
– Service Risks: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with spa treatments, including potential allergic reactions or other adverse effects.
– Disclaimer: 21st Century Beauty Spa provides services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees regarding the results or effectiveness of treatments.

7. Intellectual Property
– Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 21st Century Beauty Spa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website and updating the effective date.
